AIR FORCE EVALUATION:

an error or injustice. In accordance with ANGI 36-2002, Section
1.13, “the term of enlistment for all NPS (non-prior service)
applicants will be for a period of 6 years.” Additionally,

applicant does not meet the criteria. The applicant has not
provided any documentation authorizing him to be promoted to E-3
following his completion of basic training. Lastly, the
applicant is not eligible for promotion to E-3 as he was not
assigned in a CSP AFSC (3P0X1) outlined in the FY12 Recruiting

recommendation of the Air Force office of primary responsibility
(OPR) and adopt its rationale as the basis for our conclusion
the applicant has not been the victim of an error or injustice.
Therefore, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, we find
no basis to recommend granting the relief sought in this
application.
